Welcome to TalkLang. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://talklang.top and our AI pronunciation coaching experiences ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service
TalkLang provides AI-powered pronunciation practice in 50+ languages, feedback, progress tracking, and related community features (including leaderboards and badges) available on web and mobile experiences.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use TalkLang. Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, Billing, and Refunds
TalkLang offers free practice plus paid plans (including monthly, annual, and lifetime options). Fees are charged by our payment processors when you subscribe. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled; you can cancel renewal at any time, and access continues through the current period. If you upgrade and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days by contacting support.

4. Permitted Use
Use the Services for personal language-learning purposes. Do not misuse the platform, interfere with others' use, attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security, or use TalkLang to generate harmful or unlawful content.

5. User Content and Voice Data
You retain ownership of the audio samples, recordings, and other content you provide. You grant TalkLang a license to use that content to deliver and improve the Services, including generating pronunciation feedback, training personalized practice, and operating community features. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe others' rights.

6. Community and Leaderboards
If you participate in community features, your chosen display name, achievements, scores, and shared clips may be visible to other users. Please avoid posting content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

7. Intellectual Property
TalkLang and its licensors own the Services and related content. Except for your User Content and rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred. Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without permission.

8. Privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy at https://talklang.top/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you agree to those practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkLang disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions (e.g., IP rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or legal requirements. We will post the updated date above and notify you by email or in-app for significant changes.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Venue for disputes will be the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
